Daniel Island Park

Daniel Island Park is situated at the northern end of the island. It is considered to be Daniel Island's very first country club neighborhood.
The community is inspired by the great suburban neighborhoods of the 1920s and 1930s, with the brilliance of architect Frederick Law Olmsted.
Homes get a good angle with ponds, marshes, and tidal creeks. Residents in the area are automatic members of the prestigious Daniel Island Country Club. It is brandished with 2 world-class golf courses, classic homes, homesites with marsh, golf, and park interior views, a competition-size pool, fitness center, kayaking, dining, and tennis courts.
Popular sites in the area include the Family Circle Cup tennis center, the Blackbaud Stadium (home of the professional soccer team, the Charleston Battery), Cooper River, and Wando River.
Daniel Island Park's golf course Beresford Creek Course was designed by golf virtuoso Tom Fazio. Another 18-hole world-class golf course is currently under construction and is designed by Rees Jones.
Homes in the community range from the $800s to more than $3 million; while homesites begin in the $200s.
