Codners Ferry Park was the first custom built neighborhood on Daniel Island, SC

This subsection of the island is flanked on one side by Beresford Creek and is home to the private nature preserve of Belinger Island.

The neighborhood is home to the Scott Park pool, walking trails and private boat launch and day docks. Some of the homes are on deep water and many have private pools and large back yards.
