Prices of the lots start in the $300s and go up to approx. $1,500,000. The release/reserve weekend will be packed with events including golfing on the Ralston Creek course, oyster roast, helicopter rides, kayaking, boating, or a side trip to shop downtown historic Charleston.
Homesite prices are expected to start in the $300s and go up to $1.5 million for two exceptional lots that are
deepwater and have docks in place.
Here are some additional details:
-There is a 3 year build time (except for 2 lots–GH17 & GH18–that are 18 months)
-Lots being released range from size: 1/8 to 1/3
-2000 sqft minimum house size
-6% discount for lots purchased on release weekend
-There will be helicopter rides, golf, tennis…available to those who partake in the festivities of the release weekend
-The Cooper River Bridge Run is the same weekend as the lot release & hotels rooms are difficult to find so reserve now
-Golf membership will increase by $10,000 in March but if you purchase during this weekend than you’ll be grandfathered-in
-Build time starts from the date of closing. If the property closes and then is resold, one must build by the date the land transferred from Daniel Island to the 1st owner
-There will be a blind raffle. There are no categories so investors, primary home owners, second home…all have equal chances of being selected
Also, the earnest money will be $25,000, $35,000 or $45,000 depending on the price of the property.
