Downtown Daniel Island – 254 Seven Farms Condos
In the heart of downtown Daniel Island youll find the brick & stucco facades buildings of 254 Seven Farms Drive Complex.
One hundred and thirty-six units in a total of six buildings are centered around a common area with beautiful oak trees. Built in 2004-2005, each unit has either one, two or three bedrooms and has a screened in porch or a sunroom.
Select units have a den but all condos came with the following standard features: 9 foot ceilings, recessed panel cabinetry with maple finish in the kitchens, walk-in closets, crown molding, soaking tubs with ceramic tile surrounds, and separate laundry rooms.

An interesting tidbit of information: All 136 units were available to the public in November of 2004. There was such a large demand for the units, a raffle/drawing took place in order to determine the winners or new homeowners of these units.
