Pierce Park
Pierce Park is a great place for families with school age children due to its close proximity to the Islands schools and the library. The neighborhood has both single-family homes and townhouses. Situated by Smythe Park, it sits along the Wando River and includes a beautiful Park that has a swimming pool and clubhouse. The clubhouse is on the marsh and is complete with a catering kitchen and fireplace.
The townhomes are large and have lavish front porches and some even have guest suites situated above the detached garages. These homes boast many other features such as garden tubs in the master bath and custom cabinets with stainless steel appliances in the kitchens.
