Built on the marshes of the Wando River and close to downtown Daniel Island, the brick and stucco Pier View condominium complex consists of one, two and three bedroom units. Highlights of these condos include the large master suites and walk-in closets. The developers of Daniel Island really wanted to build an area where you could live, and work and walk, so they built condos like PIER VIEW to create a dense population in the downtown area and it has worked very well. PIER VIEW has views of the marsh, views of the Wando River. They are brick and stucco and consist of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units and were built by Trammell Crow. They range in size from about 885 on up to 2200 square feet. Pretty nice high end finishes at PIER VIEW, and there is off-street parking and covered parking as well. There is a pool for the residents. Nice features are elevators and individual storage units. There is trash pickup from inside of PIER VIEW as residents use a trash shoot. Across the street are new luxury apartments which will be very high end. They are slated to open in three months at the time of shooting of this video.
